Southern Creek Town already had Leybarg and he felt that was enough. Northern Creek Town, on the other hand, had only Five Stars Hotel which over the years had proven inadequate.
He knew this out of personal experience and also through second hand reports from lodgers at the hotel.
Since no one was challenging the hotel, Five Stars had become lax in their responsibilities while still charging exorbitant prices. New comers suffered the most as they often had no choice.
“If I open my hotel there, I’d be offering the people better services at cheaper rates and giving Five Stars a run for their money.”
